Introductory Classes on 27.03.2024 and 28.03.2024 Dear Parents LKG and UKG (New Admission, Session 2024-25),
We are glad to inform you that the interactive classes will commence on 27.03.2024 and 28.03.2024 for both LKG and UKG students who have been newly admitted for the session 2024-2025.
These interactive classes will help them to be accustomed to the new school environment. Please note that attendance is not mandatory.
School Timings: 8:45 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Reporting Time: 8:30 a.m. to 8:40 a.m. Dispersal Time 10:30 a.m. Venue: DAV SMPK Pre-Primary Unit, Cluster 9, Opposite to IOCL Estate Building Those who have missed the previous date for collecting the books and notebooks, are requested to collect the same on 27.03.2024 (Wednesday) between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. from the Secondary Unit. Arrival and dispersal of students from SMPK Unit will be through Gate no.1 (main gate).
Things to be brought for the introductory classes: 1) Any rough notebook and pastel colours 2) Light and dry tiffin and napkin 3) Water bottle 4) One extra dress 5) Handkerchief Duly signed Escort cards will be handed over to you during the dispersal of students. Your kind cooperation is highly solicited for the safe and smooth dispersal of our students.
N. B. Please prepare a temporary ID Card with child’s name, class, section, Father and Mothers name along with the with contact number.
